AMI launched a digital marketing campaign aimed at supporting small businesses through the complex world of business insurance. I helped run several focus groups made up of small business owners, to understand current pain-points in the industry. The key take-away from these sessions was a general uncertainty and lack of understanding about what level of cover would best suit each type of business.

Those insights then formed the basis of the UX design phase, which I developed and presented to key business stakeholders at AMI.

The solution hinged around a simple online assessment tool, giving business owners a quick overview as to what level of cover would best suit their type of business.
